This couple met in High School in the south Texas town of McAllen. “I knew who Rene was because of mutual friends, but had never actuallytalked to him. I thought he was so handsome. I would always tell our mutualfriends jokingly that he was my boyfriend. We dated his Junior year and mySenior year of High School.”

Proposal story: We walked on the beach at South Padre Island, the weather was breezy and beautiful. Over a glass of champagne, hetold me how thankful he was for everything and expressed how much he loved me. Then he proposed.

We planned this beautiful, small Mexican themed wedding in only two weeks. The actual plan had been to get married at the courthouse and invite our immediate family. Next thing we know, all of Rene’s family from Mexico City booked flights to McAllen. The invitation list kept expanding. My parents decided, “Let’s just invite the 80 people we were planning on havingand do this thing!” So we did.

Yazmeen’s Advice:

Every bride should hire a wedding planner. No matter how organized you or a family members may think they are, no bride or family member should run the show. Even if it is only a day-of coordinator, it relieves somuch stress and allows the bridal couple to enjoy themselves on their special day.

What our EXHIBITORS say...

Russell Ross - Encanta Video

"The reason we attend the Bridal Extravaganza is that there are usually at least 3,000 brides. If they are not all getting married, they have friends and family who are having birthday parties, church events, recitals, and lectures that need to be recorded. It is difficult and costly to get this targeted of an audience via Facebook, Google, or any other method of communication."

Stephen Daulong - Daulong's Mobile Music Inc.

Every single show I meet brides who become clients. Recently, as the economy and industry have changed, participating in the Bridal Extravaganza has become an even more valuable way to connect with brides.

When I started reading about "Bridal Extravaganza" I came to the conclusion that this bridal show was one of the best ones in the United States... It turned out it is. It's been 3 weeks and I already booked more than 5 weddings and have more just waiting for final details. Thanks for the opportunity and for putting all this together for vendors and clients!!

As an exhibitor we count on the Bridal Extravaganza to create a Bridal Frenzy that motivates brides to make buying decisions. You far exceeded all our expectations. As a result of the show, we have enjoyed our best 2 weeks of signed Bridal Cake orders in our history.
